This Handbook provides guidance for planning and designing greenfiel (new), brownfield or urban infill, and redevelopment projects within the compact urban context.  This is important, as the street geometry, adjacent land use, and other elements must support a higher level of transit, pedestrian, and bicycle activity thanseen in a Conventional Suburban Development.
