The driver or rider of any vehicle which includes bicycles shall obey the instructions of any applicable official traffic control device.
The City of Naples Police Department will be educating bicycle riders to include pace lines on the importance of using due care while approaching an intersection controlled by stop signs. During the years, the Naples Police Department has received numerous complaints which have addressed the issue of cyclist not obeying section 316.074(1) of the Florida Statue which states the following:

The Naples Police Department will be doing educational enforcement on Gulf Shore
